Dance Improvisation Workshop Series in Jan/Feb
Thursday Jan 22nd 18:00-20:00
Thursday Jan 29th 18:00-20:00
Friday Feb 6th 18:00-20:00
Friday Feb 13th 18:00-20:00
This workshop offers a guided exploration of movement, inviting you to discover and expand your physical capacity in a safe, supportive environment – balancing focus, curiosity, and joy of being both the cause and the consequence of movement.
The workshop is open to dance beginners who are mature, attentive, and curious—people who enjoy play, exploration, and working with body, space, and time. It is equally suitable for experienced and advanced dancers, as everyone works from their own current physical availability and personal movement language.
We will focus on individual awareness while also exploring movement in communication and interaction: listening through touch, floor, and the shared space. Through guided tasks and open exploration, we will cultivate presence and connection.
Come as you are—and let’s move, play, and create endorphins together.
